Apple and Google are teaming up to create a new theme song for the iPhone and iPad, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal.
The theme song will be called “Bathroom,” and it’s designed to evoke a similar vibe to a classic song like “I Want You Back.”
“We’re working with Apple on a new music-inspired sound for the iOS devices,” Google said in a statement to the WSJ.
“The new song will sound like a song you’ve heard before, but with a new musical flavor.”
The theme will be released in the coming months.
Apple has already announced that it will release an iOS update for its mobile operating system that will introduce new features to the iOS app ecosystem.
Apple CEO Tim Cook has also recently said that he wants the iPhone to be more of a music player.
Google’s Android operating system has already added a new feature called “Song Search,” which will help users locate songs and play them on a home screen.
Apple and other developers are expected to work on similar features for iOS and Android in the future.
